Omega Chapter Our chapter at Penn State University hosted a Big Brother/Big Sister Christmas Party, participated in the KICKS soccer tournament benefiting the Make A Wish Foundation, and assisted in the campus Dance Marathon which raised $21.000.00 for the Four Diamonds Fund. Pat Buckley and Tim Wagner were inducted into the National Order of Omega while Rich Sobiecki and Jon Kraus served as OPP sub committee chairs for Dance Marathon The chapter saw David Westol speak on campus and invited him to present at the chapter house on February 18th. The chapter held in introductory candle pass which allowed their new members to put a name with a face for all initiated members
Probation
Omega/Penn State: Members "passed the hat", purchased, and served alcohol to members and guests under the legal drinking age. A guest who was only 18 years old became very intoxicated, stumbled onto the street in front of the chapter house, and was struck by an oncoming automobile. The guest sustained serious head injuries. - Recommendation to RMSC: Level III Probation
