Omega/Penn State: Members "passed the hat", purchased, and served alcohol to members and guests under the legal drinking age. A guest who was only 18 years old became very intoxicated, stumbled onto the street in front of the chapter house, and was struck by an oncoming automobile. The guest sustained serious head injuries.
Recommendation to RMSC: Level III Probation
