Chapter is on upward trajectory

Rebuilding this organization we need your help
Two years have been difficult with empty chapter house, covid
We have 12 active and recently initiated brothers
Plans for springL We are still on probation. But we will be able to use house for meeting and events
Finances are stable
$5 a month can go a long way. We can sponsor scholarships, organize events. Please consider donating online at thetachiomega.con/donate
The state of the chapter house is Fair
We have several repair that’s are being completed
Long Term maintenance items, such as kitchen floor titles needs rehabilitation
Energy conservation efforts being undertaken; I.e. LED Lightbulbs

Report from the Treasurer
Break Even Year:
Rental income of chapter house to Pi Lambda Phi provided income
Income: Around $100K, Expenses: arounds $95k
We are on interest only payments on mortgage
Donations are down from previous years
$5 a month can be a lifetime to support the chapter house
We are heavily dependent on renting for revenue

This is the first semester the undergrads were able to utilize the chapter house for recruitment events
Recruitment outlook:
Goal is to recruit 15 members in the spring rush season

5. Discussion & Questions:
Brother Tyler Olsen ‘19: Discussion on alumni work weekends
2022 Blue-White Game scheduled for April 23rd. Potentially having an alumni work weekend on this date
We will have a group of alumni working on the house on New Year's. Cleaning and minor repairs.

Brother Marshall: Fundraising for alumni on football weekends.
