Horner Joins National Board of Trustees

Two men who have been outstanding in Theta Chi’s official life, ex-Governor Theodore Christianson, Minnesota, '06, and Waller R. Parks, Pennsylvania, ‘I9, retired recently from the National Board of Trustees and were succeeded by two men who have been active in Theta Chi alumni activities, Rodney T. Bonsall, Pennsylvania. '17. and Norman C. Horner, Penn State, ‘16, both of Philadelphia.
