Chapter Eternal - Patrick McKinnon Obit - CDT Story

Patrick William McKinnon, 33, of Easton, Md., died Saturday, July 17, 1999, near Federalsburg, Md., of injuries received in an automobile accident.

Born May 19, 1966, in New York, he was a son of William Hugh and Diane Jansen McKinnon of State College. On Jan. 12, 1998, he mar-ried Crystal Marie Pierce, who survives at home.

He was a 1984 graduate of State College Area High School.

He attended the University of Wisconsin and Penn State, where he was a member of Theta Chi fraternity.

He worked in the hospitality industry, first at Sky Top Lodge in the Poconos. At the time of his death, he was the Assistant General Manager of Harbourtowne Goli Resort and Conference Center in Talbot County, Md.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son, Collin William; a sister, Courtenay Anne Dusenbury of Washington, D.C.; and a maternal grandmother, Estella Jansen of Combined Locks, Wis.

Friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fellows, Helfenbein and Newnam Funeral Home, Easton, Md.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Private inurnment services will be held at the Olivet Cemetery Columbarium, St. Michaels, Md.
