Call for Candidates: December Board Vote/Meeting

Greetings Brothers!

Please be advised that both the annual Alumni Board meeting and Board Elections for 2026 will be held virtually on Sunday, December 14, at 5:00 PM Eastern at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/8116789166. 

Three positions will be available for electing: President, Vice President, and one of the At-Large Member positions.  You can find information on the positions in the Bylaws.  Qualifications are that a brother must be an alumnus in good standing and able to donate an hour of time per month for virtual board meetings.

Please keep in mind that I, Br. Aaron Speagle, and Br. Ed Wallace are all not standing for re-election so we MUST fill these seats.  If you know of a brother who would be ideal to serve or are interested yourself, please submit name(s) to oxomegaboard@gmail.com by midnight on Saturday, November 29.

We will conduct the elections using online voting, which will be made available from Sunday, November 30 through the meeting that Sunday, December 14.
