Alumni President:
· Chapter house will be closed for summer due to lack of interest for residence
o Graduation weekend is weekend of 5/7 – 5/8/16. Chapter house will remain open until 5/15/16
o House will open one week prior to commencement of Fall classes
Alumni Treasurer: Not present, nothing available to report
Undergraduate President: (report attached)
· Currently 54 active members
o 6 Brothers initiated in Fall semester (Alpha Gamma class)
o 7 brothers initiated in Spring semester (Alpha Delta class)
o 11 brothers graduating this semester
· 26 members currently in house
o 24 estimated in house in the fall
o 1 anticipated for Fall graduation
· Fall 2015 GPA – 3.31
o Well above men’s average (ranked 5th or 6th among fraternities)
· THON
o Raised $16,150.84 (portion of pairing total of ~$35,000)
o Currently paired with Tapestry
· Homecoming 2016 – paired with Gamma Sigma
· Alumni Work weekend
o Trimmed front hedges
o Built new outdoor shed
o Buffed first floor hardwood

Old Business:
· Bylaw amendment vote could not occur, quorum not met (only 2 members of the Alumni board present) – delayed until Fall meeting
New Business:
· Alumni to supply list of contact information for alumni base to undergraduate president for THONvelopes
· Board to discuss having the kitchen professionally cleaned over the summer
· Cleanliness/house care is still an issue in the house, Alumni expectations were discussed
o Broken doors on 2nd & 3rd floor
o Flashing on side porch doors becoming damaged from running extension cords beneath
