Draft Board Says No
Although Bruce E. Gerwig, Penn Stare, ‘51, was awarded the coveted John Stewardson Prize of $1300 for travel and study here and abroad. he will not be able no make use of it, for his local draft board insists he be in service in July. He won the award in state-wide architectural competition. At Penn State where he took a degree in architecture, June 11, he was a member of the American Institute of Architects.
