It is with great sadness that we report the passing of:

  • Anthony Crisci '55 - Dec. 23, 2019


Anthony Crisci, 92, of McDonough, Georgia, formerly of New Castle, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, at Piedmont Henry Hospital in McDonough, Georgia. 

He was born on April 19, 1926, in New Castle, a son of the late James and Rose (Valiensi) Crisci. 

Mr. Crisci was a licensed professional engineer (mining engineer) and graduate of both Eastbrook High School and of the Pennsylvania State University. 

He was a World War II Army veteran having served in the Pacific Theater. 

Mr. Crisci enjoyed coin collecting, watching golf and, most of all, his constant interaction with his grandchildren, whom he adored.

He is survived by his son, James Crisci and his wife, Barbara, of McDonough, Geoergia; his daughter, Rose Crisci, of McDonough, Georgia; his son, Anthony of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor (Salzano) Crisci, and his brother, Frank Crisci. 

Graveside services will be held at a future date at St. Joseph's Cemetery in New Castle. Arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. and Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave.
