Dear Brothers,

This year's Founder's Day was a great one. Along with some great weather, the active chapter put on a great event for alumni, parents and undergraduates to enjoy.

After the meeting (read minutes), there was a great cookout in front of the house, along live music preformed by the undergraduates, as well as some Ultimate frisbee, horseshoes and other activities.

Alumni were able to checkout the construction on the third floor. New windows, rewired electric, a sprinkler system, insulation and much more. The 3rd floor should be done in time for the fall semester.
