Bernardo" stumbles at the start, "Sleezeaholic" takes
an early lead, followed closely by "Moonman" and "Colin
Powell". At the 3/8ths poll ("Waz" was a scratch) "Smoke
a Bowl McGill" makes a run for it, along with "Howe Bout
That", "Matt's Pride", "How Dare You", and "Wickel's
Pickle". As they round the second turn "Cliff's Edge", "Len
Bazar", "Oeschger Me", and "Chief Halftown" make
a move. At the 5/8th's poll ("Kivitz" was a scratch) "Mr.
Ed" and "Fleuhr Shine" are pushing the leaders. On the
back "Stretch" there is much movement as "Johnny Love", "Don't
Bochey It Up", "Guido's Revenge", and " Just Call
Me Po" vie for position. Fading fast are "Putter Here", "Whitey
Fine Tits", "Beiss Wax", and "All Giled Up".
Down the "Stretch" they go, except their is confusion as
the "Stretch" sneaks home. It's "Moonman", its "Sleezaholic",
its "Moonman" its, its, its ...
