The Ground Hog once again saw his shadow and proclaimed only 14 weeks to the Theta Chi Open.

Talking about hoggers did you notice the pictures of multiple "Brick" winner Brother Dave Douglas on the latest issue of the Omegaphone. His picture graced the front cover in two different articles....the article regarding his wonderful Civil War book called "A Boot Full of Memories" (available by contacting Brother Dave directly at dave.douglas@films.nfl.com) and in the Theta Chi Open group shot. Not even Howard Alter has achieved such lofty status.

And talking about lofty status we have a new man at the top of the heap...1st time Theta Chi Open winner Tony Bernardo is the man to beat at this year's Open. He is the first Champ in a long while that is actually able to fit into the illustrious Red Jacket.

As always, the Open will held the 1st Friday in May, May 7th at Center Square Golf Course, Skippack, PA. Tee time will be 9:30 AM. The bar will be open at 9:00.
