Letter From National
January 1, 2003

Brothers:

I hope this note finds all of you in good spirits.

This morning, the following people participated in a conference call to discuss various details of the renovation: Ed Brown (President, Theta Chi of Penn State, Inc) Bob Hoffman (Architect in charge of Renovation Project) Jim Thompson (President, The Norwich Housing Corporation) and Myself (Director of Alumni Resources and Housing). Below are the significant details of the conference call:

Mr. Hoffman will be at the chapter house this week to do all measurements and preliminary code research Members of Mr. Hoffman's staff will begin gathering information on code requirements and other construction details A meeting between Mr. Hoffman and the Undergraduate Chapter will be scheduled for early in the week of March 17th. Jeff Sexton will be traveling to Penn State March 20-23 to meet with the undergraduate chapter as well as the Omega Alumni to discuss renovation plans Details of this meeting are being sent out via US Mail tomorrow. Also, give me an idea on how things are going with recruitment and overall chapter progress.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments concerning this project. The Undergrads and Alumni Corporation Officers need to make sure they stay in touch and that plans for next year keep moving. I'll be in touch again.

Fraternally,
Jeffrey S. Sexton
